  1. How can  I pay?

Currently we accept ePassporte, wire transfer, Webmoney, Fethard. Online credit card processing coming soon. For any other payment opportunities please contact support.

  1. How do I get content?

Once we have your payment you’ll have your content order activated and available throuogh the site’s interface or direct ftp connection. Regular mail delivery on DVD is available at extra charge ($50). For regular mail delivery please contact support.

  1. Can I see 5StarHD license agreement?

Sure, please spare 2 minutes to get aquainted with our  standart non-exclusive license agreement.

  1. Can I use 5StarHD content for DVD or TV/cable?

DVD and television usage is a subject for negotiation. Please take time to contact sales before you proceed to purchasing phase.

  1. What’s the difference between photographs (pics) and screenshots (screens)?

Photographs are pics taken by photo camera (Canon 10D or Canon 20D) with lighting set up especially for photography, the pics are taken separately from video. While screenshots are the actual frames of HQ HD video captured by special software (approx. 20 frames per minute of video)

  1. Am I allowed to give the content I purchase as free content to my affilates? 5StarHD standart license does'nt allows you to give the content to your affilates or use it for FHG. Nevertheless you can purchase gold license (standart terms + affilate usage) or platinum license (standart terms + affilate usage + FHG). Gold license will cost you 2x regular price, platinum is 4x regular price.
  2. What are formats of 5StarHD content? 

PHOTOGRAPHS (pics): comes mostly in 3072x2048 px resolution, some sets are 2048x1360. You get the pics edited/retouched for better performance; in fact you can put the content to your site’s member area or your galleries right after purchase.

VIDEO: for your convenience we’ve got all videos encoded to 4 WMV formats: 1280x720 px at 4000 kbps, 640x320 px at 1000 kbps, 640x480 px (standart PAL resolution, what’s that?) at 1000 kbps, 320x180 px at 256 kbps. All the formats are cut in 3 minute long clips. Full length uncut scenes are available on demand at no charge, as well as raw uncut video (1920x1080 px mpeg2). You can order encoding to different formats/codecs like mpeg, avi, divx, mov, flv etc.at extra charge. Please contact sales for more encoding details.

  1. Am I allowed to resell the content I purchase on 5StarHD?

No, that’s prohibited. You cannot neither license/sell the content to any 3rd party nor use it for any resell oriented products like plugins.

  1. What are the 2257 documents 5StarHD does provide?

We understand how much does 2257 documentation mean to adult webmasters worldwide, that’s why we keep all the correct documentation in place.

In order to provide our customers with correct and legal documentation every set you purchase on 5StarHD comes with:

a)      The models’ government issued photo ID (a photograph of a model holding the ID)

b)      Signed model release

c)      As extra – second photo ID or any other document displaying model’s name and/or birthdate.
